Gonzalo García has worked in New York as a set designer for advertising and editorial productions as well as events, window display and trade fair stands.

He worked for a variety of high end clients including, Pottery Barn, Fortunoff, Real Simple Magazine, The Oprah Magazine, Glamour Magazine, Anthropologie, Fendi, Hermès, Calvin Klein, Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel, Escada and Armani.

Since returning to Madrid in 2003, he launched his own interior design studio and was immediately sought after by clients for projects that ranged from residential to commercial spaces.

His credentials also garnered him a series of art direction projects for corporate events, press presentations, benefit and dinner galas, weddings, and set design for advertising, editorial, and catalogue productions.

Some of those clients include, the ad agencies Lola Madrid, Adsolut, the consulting agency Mc Kinsey, the pr agencies Mac Guffin, Quum Comunicación, Edelman, the production company Photoproducers, Open de Golf de Madrid, the magazines Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, DT, Vogue, the fashion firms Loewe, Tous, Massimo Dutti, the jewelry firms Rolex and Suarez, the musical production company Stage Entertainment, who commissioned the rehabilitation of the Lope de Vega theater done specially for the launching of the musical “The Lion King”, the Italian furniture firm Natuzzi, Citroën, the garden center Verdecora, Cruz Roja, Ron Brugal, Solán de Cabras and Burger King.

Currently, he is a contributing stylist with Elle Decor Magazine since 2003 and maintains his own individual space at the 2011 and 2012 editions of Casa Décor Madrid, the prominent Interior Design show, where he is sponsored by the firm Intel.

He has also had the experience of hosting and content director for TV shows such as Deco for People and Arts channel which aired in Spain, Portugal an Latin America and Bric Décor for Telemadrid.
